Dr. Marthenia "Tina” Dupree is President and Founder of Motivational Training Center and is known internationally as "The Chicken Lady."
Tina worked for 12 years in one of the highest level positions for a major fast food chain (the second largest chicken restaurant chain in the world) as their Director of Community Relations/Spokesperson and Training.
Because of her community involvement and dedication to high school and college students, she has lovingly been given the tag as "THE CHICKEN LADY." Tina has spoken to over one million teenagers nationally.
When she resigned her position with the corporation to start her own business, the fast food restaurant chain hired her and retained Tina as their corporate spokesperson and community representative, and gave Tina a three year consultanting contract.
She is also respected as an outstanding community leader and celebrated talk show host in Miami and Dade County, Florida and surrounding areas. Tina is also the host of Speak For Success, a local Cable Tap Television program.
